Refund Policy

ONLINE POLICY

There are no returns on accessories or general store items.  Clothing can be EXCHANGED for another item or for store credit only there are no refunds.  All sale merchandise is final sale.  We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached.  Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE.  You will need a Return Authorization Number.  RAs can be requested by e-mailing store@jexyandjax.com or calling 416-465-5557.   Returns will not be accepted without an RA. You are responsible for return postage, however Jexy & Jax will cover the shipping on the exchange order.  Exchanges are accepted on online merchandise within 14 days of date of receipt.

IN-STORE POLICY

ALL SALE IETMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Socks, accessories, seasonal, homeware, and edibles are final sale.

Exchange or store credit only on regular price merchandise within 14 days - with original receipt or gift receipt.  Merchandise must have original tags and be unworn, unwashed, shoes must be unworn and in the original box. 

Jexy & Jax does not give refunds.
