Delivery is available within Canada only. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. When you place an order, you will see what shipping service levels are available directly from Canada Post, based on the shipment's destination. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed Tuesday - Friday. Orders placed Saturday - Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. There are no returns on accessories or general store items. Clothing can be EXCHANGED for another item or for store credit only there are no refunds. All sale merchandise is final sale. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached. Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will need a Return Authorization Number. RAs can be requested by e-mailing email@example.com. Returns will not be accepted without an RA. You are responsible for return postage, however Jexy & Jax will cover the shipping on the exchange order. Exchanges are accepted on online merchandise within 10 days of receiving your goods.
